Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of marketing activities, with a specific focus on event marketing. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and a demonstrated passion for marketing. Prior experience in event marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including integrated campaigns across email, social media (LinkedIn paid and organic), SEO, Google AdWords, and website content updates.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Design and deliver event-related social media content and artwork, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for event sponsors, web developers, photographers, videographers, branding suppliers, and the content team.
  • Manage and execute media partnerships to enhance event brand visibility and engagement.

Reporting & Operations:

  • Prepare detailed weekly reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Update lead reports for the sales team on a daily basis and optimize campaigns to ensure effective results.
  • Conduct weekly audits of the website to identify and implement necessary improvements.
  • Perform data analysis to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event marketing is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing event marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Ahrefs, and Google AdWords.
