Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Channels Development: Establish channels for sales leads; develop and segment the client database.
  • Sales Planning & Reporting: Compile weekly sales plans and reports on suspects, prospects, and materialized business.
  • Customer Identification & Partnership Development: Identify volume and strategic customers and develop partnerships.
  • Business Development Projects: Identify and implement business development projects related to new and/or existing industries, technologies, or services.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities; develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and client relationships with existing customers, nurturing them for business retention and growth.
  • Customer Support: Address customers’ concerns and complaints.
  • New Business Induction: Induct new customers and business to achieve or exceed monthly and periodic revenue targets.
  • Product Promotion & Sales: Promote and sell the entire spectrum of products to new and existing customers, including upselling, cross-selling, and directional selling.
  • Credit Policy Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the company’s credit policy guidelines.
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Achieve assigned revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis in direct correlation to the budget.
  • Finance Coordination: Work closely with the finance department to safeguard interests and collect outstanding funds.
  • KPI/KPM Adherence: Fully adhere to assigned KPIs/KPMs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Academic Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and business development experience, preferably in the research industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with all business and technical aspects of a market research company.
  • Skills:
    1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    2. Strong commercial sense and ability to close business deals
    3. Proven experience in writing proposals in English and Arabic
