Role and Responsibility

 

Senior Consultant

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed performance analysis and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in developing performance management strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops on performance management best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

Consultant

  • Data Collection: Gather and analyze performance data from various departments.
  • Performance Evaluation: Support the evaluation of employee performance through established metrics and KPIs.
  • Feedback Implementation: Help implement feedback mechanisms and ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of performance metrics and improvement plans.

What We Are Looking For

 

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • For Senior Consultant: A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance management, performance analysis, or related roles.
  • For Consultant: A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using performance management software and tools.
